Tomb of shoorideh Shirazi
Another poet who has been buried there is Haj Mohammad Taghi known as Shoorideh Shirazi. He was a blind poet that before his dead had his body buried beside Saadi Shirazi’ tomb.
Fish pool
Fish pool is located underground and left side of the monument. Researchers say that Saadi Shirazi interested in building pools around him because of his poetic spirit. This octagon pool under the ground has one octagon skylight and two other square-shaped skylights beside that. People believed that washing in this water had good omen for them in particular on last Wednesday of the year.
