This monument used to be an administrative and residential building of the governor. The architecture is the combination of western and Persian method. Like other traditional gardens this mansion used to have a garden around, but some reasons like creating the street around there caused the garden to be destroyed and some damages to some parts of the mansion. This neighborhood used to be a place in where wealthy people lived. The same monuments with the same architecture as Vaziri house, Khadivi House and Daraiee mansion are other historic houses in this neighborhood.
